Please return the item to us in its original packaging, just as you received it within 14 days of dispatch, we recommend sending pieces via signed for or special delivery. We will asses the item for and fault/damages. When we have taken a look at the item and if we feel it is eligible for a refund, we will drop you an email and the full amount will be paid to the original payee within 14 working days. We are also happy to offer exchanges on products that are deemed by us to be faulty.
Please be aware, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on items that are bespoke or personalised with an engraving such as The Contrast Signet. Please see individual product pages for more info.
