If you deem your purchase to be faulty, please get in contact. We will then provide a return address for you to return the item to us in its original packaging, just as you received it within 14 days of dispatch. We will asses the item for and fault/damages. When we have taken a look at the item and if we feel it is eligible for a refund, we will drop you an email and the full amount will be paid to the original payee within 14 working days. We are also happy to offer exchanges on products that are deemed by us to be faulty.
We are unable to accept refunds or offer exchanges for earrings due to hygiene reasons.
